Discussion of Proposed Changes to Thunderbird Cafe Consent Agreement
Lawrenceville Community Development Activities Meeting on February 24 from 6:30-8 p.m.
In November 2014, Lawrenceville Corporation and Lawrenceville United entered into an agreement with Thunderbird Cafe (Lawrenceville Holdings) as part of their expansion that resulted in a court order outlining occupancy and operational issues. Thunderbird has requested to make changes to items outlined in the agreement based on recent changes to the City’s zoning code
