Development Update: Century Equities Hotel
Thank you to all who attended the meeting on the proposed Century Equities Hotel Project planned for the former Washington Vo Tech School.

As part of our meeting, we do ask for feedback from residents as to whether they support or oppose the project. In reviewing some of the submissions made by resident attendees at the meeting, many support the project but with specific concerns around parking and traffic impact. The development team did address concerns regarding noise, lighting, and historic preservation.
Lawrenceville United attended the ZBA hearing on Thursday (10/15/ 9:50 am/ 200 Ross Street) to present feedback from the meeting to the Zoning Board of Adjustments. The letter presented to the Board is included below.
As part of the community process, LU and LC work to create a forum where developers are able to share proposed plans, and impacted residents and stakeholders are able to voice questions and concerns. LU and LC take positions on proposed plans based on the feedback generated in the community meetings and in follow up conversations with residents and the developer.
