35 affordable apartments (1, 2, and 3 BRs) are coming online in Lower Lawrenceville at the brand new Sixth Ward Flats from ACTION Housing (3350 Penn Avenue and 207 34th Street). 8 units are reserved for people with disabilities. Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) are accepted, but not required.
