Your Feedback Needed – Development at 40th and Butler

Milhaus Ventures met with the community and presented their plans for development at the Arsenal Terminal Building site (the lot at 40th and Butler with Rite Aid.)  They answered residents’ questions at a meeting on January 25. LU and LC met with residents and stakeholders February 8th, without the developers, to get honest feedback about the plans.  Here is what attendees told us. Now LU and LC are asking you to complete this survey to give feedback on specific aspects of the project, in consideration of the community’s priorities.

Based on residents’ responses, we will likely be convening another meeting with Milhaus to answer additional questions and share changes they may have made to their plans based on the community’s feedback. We encourage residents who are interested to attend the Zoning Board of Adjustment hearing for this project, on March 3rd at 200 Ross Street.

As always, we will share regular updates through our development e-newsletter (sign up here.)
