Salac’s Bar is becoming a restaurant

Sweet Ride, LLC. recently purchased Salac’s Bar and is planning to open a Cuban food restuarant, with a focus on food and not liquor.  The owner,  Terry Hercik, who also plans to live above the business attended with his legal representation and his chef.  They explained that they would be open for lunch and dinner, and closing around 10 pm or 11 pm during the week.  They plan to be a restaurant first, and the focus will be on the food.  They are exploring doing brunch on Sundays.  They committed to signing a Conditional License Agreement with the community and agreed to remain in touch with LU to share additional information that was not made available in the meeting including: menu, price points, opening date, and more.
