Owners of the site have added additional office space to the site that sits on the river side of Butler and stretches from McCandless to 53rd Street. An existing driveway and curb cut from Butler is being reused for site access, and the office space will include PERSAD Center and a tech firm as tenants. Long term plans may include additional development along Butler, but we will confirm as we learn more from the owner of the site.
